CHASE Home Finance LLC, Homeownership Preservation Office chase home finance llc while trying to get a loan modification they ripped off 3500 then sold my home columbus, Ohio

while trying to obtain a loan modification .chase set up a trial period to make 3 payments of457.58 for  sept. oct. and nov. 2009.  also asked for 2000 immediatetly. i sent the 2000 on aug.162009 and started the 457.58 payment on or about aug. 18 2009.once they recieved the down payment they changed the plan to 588.99 and a balloon payment of 11300.00 in dec. 2009 .i told them that was impossible and aquised them of bait and switch . stating i did not  they pretended to continue working with me . but they denied my loan and sold my house . stating i did not comply with the terms of trial period . to this day they will not release my funds or explain what they did with it . my home went back to freddy mac .and i just recieved new paperwork from chase homeowners assisstance dept. to start all over with them.  each time i write about my money they say they need time to be patient someone is looking into it .i have tried so hard to save my home as i am a disablied senior with no place else to go and my daughter is in total kidney failure and is on dialysis and she lives with me and is low income and has no place to go either . we live day to day not knowing when we will be on the street.
