Chase home loans llc Loan Modifications that will never happen Just a paper work shuffle , I have been trying to get my mortgage rate lowered through this loan mod process for 1 year now , they just sent me a denialletter USA, Washington

I started a loan mod, with Chase home finance everywhere USA , Im a Contarctor I was on a Job and happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, An electrical service panel, The panel explodes and I catch on Fire ,from my belt line to the top of my head, my hairs on fire my clothes are on fire, Im Melted , so I take a few days to recover, I call all my creditors and let them know Im a mess I call chase and they tell me sorry If your not behind we cant help, so I become behind for about two months ,then they accept me into there system , I make a payment and then theletters start coming saying Im late etc.. I call they say its fine Im all current, I do this for about a year just to make sure im OK with them ,they say the same thing (your just fine just keep making the payment) so I do and then the ask for this piece of paper and that piece of paper ,then they lost a piece of paper page 2,3 & 4 are missing , send over your tax statements (for the 23rd time) so I keep playing there game and making my payments, Then I get the paper last month saying Im denied.. I then ask whats next, They say try again over the phone, so I give them the little bit of info I have from memory over the phone while im driving and they say No again, so now I get forcloser paper work saying they are going to escalate the sale of my house and that I owe 10,000 dollars in back payments and I know Im a month behind cause thats what they told me to do. So now this 45 year old man with a 7 year old boy and a 12 year old boy and my great wife are going to end up homeless? The bank is going to take a home that I built with my own two hands over a clerical mistake on there end and a near fatal accident on my end.. Is there any way to get real Help ??

I have been in the banking arena for over 12 years and honestly I have never seen such laxadacious paper pushes in my life regarding loan modifications. I assist people nationwide and have yet to loose a case. As in any in life one must know the rules of the game and how to be more effective . For what it is worth I have clients that have notmade a payment in over 14 months and have saved their homes for them. as well I have clients that technically don't deserve a loan modification but received them anyway's due to the way I structured their loan. homeowner assistance department

I hope this doesn't come too late. we too had to deal with chase fora modification.. you have to talk to the homeowners assistance dept. they will tell you exactly what is needed for a modificatrion.. they might need to place you on a forebearance program first while the paperwork is being finalized.. the forebearance is a lower payment in the meantime while they try to push through a modification.. now we had to be 3 months back to qualify they told us to save that money for forebearance payment s etc.. once you have started a program ONLY deal with the assistance dept. the regular line will try to collect and DO NOT PAY!!! explain that you are working with the homeowners assistance dept and that you have been advised to only make payments to them so as not to hurt your chances for modification. then call the home. asst. dept and tell them .. it is long and tedious but yes it can work out it took them almost 2 years to modify us, but they reforbearanced us in ther process. you will have someone specifically for your file and if THEY do not respond to your calls call thier superviser and suprisingly they will help.. now the different departments haven't seemed to figure out how to talk to eachother so seriously deal soley with the homeowners assistance dept. good luck and god bless!!
