Chase and Bank One merged and became chase JP Morgan, and the CEO is Mr. Jamie Dimon - To write to him - 270 Park Avenue NY NY 10017 - Only by writing to him you can get people to remove the high interest rates.

My history: They increased from 9% to 29.99% after I used a promotional check for $2000 - with 0% rate for 6 months. They did not tell me that it could go that high. I did not miss any payments and my credit score has not changed. They increased just because they could.

If CHASE increases your rate for no reason, you must write to all these people - same letter - even - but you must tell them that it is not right and that you will take action against them by sending those promotional checks to catch you afterwards.

No lawyer would take this case because lawyers are afraid of Bankers. Bankers are big players, and we are nobody. So, the only remedy is to write them letters after letters until they lower your rates. Otherwise you will pay 30% interest and never finish paying them.
Write to everyone as I did it. Molest them every day if possible. Have a few letters written to send, and they will get tired of you. There is no other solution because Chase JP Morgan do not care about you. They are in business to rip off others, and you need to protect yourself by telling them that this is wrong.
