MORTAGE COMPANY FALSELY ACCUSES ME OF MISSED PAYMENT

It started back in March of 1998, my morgage company,(CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE COMPANY ADDRESS:3415 VISION DRIVE, IN COLUMBUS OHIO, 43219-6009, TELEPHONE:1-800848-9380).said we missed a payment for March of 1998, but they didn't notifie us for 6 months after the fact. And when they did we told them we pay all our bills and we have the cancelled checks and statements. So we sent in the cancelled check for march of 1998 front and back and the statement for march of 1998, then we didn't hear from them for about three months then the foreclosure notices and defaulted loan notices started coming and they still said we missed march of 1998 and even told us which check # and someone would be coming by our house to survey our property for foreclosure sale. We are passed mad we're at the get even stage we want to expose this so called company. As of the first week of June,2000, they said we did receive the money but it got put in someone elses account and until they find out which account we will still get foreclosure notices and our credit has been damaged because of their negligence.Our next step is to go on our local tv news on your sides investigative reporters who help people like us and if that doesn't work seeking a lawyer for pay back for what they have put us threw two years of harassment and stress has been unbelieveable.
