Watch out for this banks non-Chase ATM fees. When you use an ATM at bank that isn't Chase, not only does that bank charge a fee, Chase also charges a fee from $1.50 to $2.00. The other bank I was with never did this and if they can operate in the Black without charging this fee, I don't see why a large bank like Chase can't also.

Banks have been doing this for years. you get hit twice for using a foreign ATM machines. If you are out of your bank's area. find a local Walgreen's, Target or WalMart. I think that can give up to $100 over your purchase.
