Anyone can go to the CnnMoney website and type in- BRKA, and see that Berkshire Hathaway's stock has lost over $25,000 a share in the last six months.

Six months ago, the stock was trading at a little over $130,000 a share. On August 26th, 2011, Berkshire Hathaway's stock closed at $104,764 a share.

WOW!

That's a BIG loss in one share of stock over the past six months, wouldn't everyone agree?

November 8, 2007, was ten months BEFORE the stock market crashed. On September 29, 2008, the stock market crashed. The Dow Jones lost a record 777 points in one full day of trading on September 29, 2008.

It appears Berkshire/Hathaway removed "Vaderbilt" from their Subsidairy list. However, the direct phone number for Clayton Homes is 865-380-3000 and the direct phone number for "Vanderbilt" is 865-380-3000. Both very dirty companies.
