Chase Manhattan Bank USA, Chase Platinum MC rip-off! Refuse to adjust my interest rate to the appropriate amount, changed in their error, issue unresolved 7 months. Poor customer service. Wilmington Delaware

I have been a customer for several years. Always pay my payments on time or early. for some reason there was an error on my credit report, Chase changed my % rate from 4.5% to 26.9%. i disputed and had my credit report corrected. When i initially contacted Chase they were rude and un willing to make an exception. Now that my credit report is corrected, Chase still has failed to correct the insane interest rate.

I have sent the corrected information 2 times and both times the "have no record of reciept". They refuse to look the credit report up themselves. Every representative i have spoke to refuses to cooperate and almost all reps including management are the rudest individuals i have had to deal with. I dislike the company, services and individuals employeed and plan to take my business elsewhere.

My other credit card company was very genuine and took care to help me resolve the issue.
