Please r him,  hey him to take responsibility for a building he abandonedead review on the astral building itself.  The Oahe,  Fred Teherani, is a hot headed liar.  He denies any ties to the building, despite the fact he is listed on the PUBLIC TAX FORMS.

He hired incompetent managers that physically battered a tenant and failed to do anything about it, and in fact was angry that he was summoned.   No one in the building can get his info, so if you have an issue with FRANCE or her husband ROBERT, or the building itself, please call 818 225-2229.  His office address is listed able on the report to send a letter. 

He is who can make a change there, but not if he doesn't know the extent of how senile and unprofessional his manager is.  Call him, write him, picket him, make him take responsibility for a building he abandoned and clearly feels he is above in status.  

MR. TEHERANI has no problem lying, so don't let him.  He's a scared little boy inside, or rise he wouldn't have given a security deposit back to me in fear of lawsuit.
