I am embarrassed to admit how stupid I was to sign up for Consumer Health Benefits Health Plan. I typed in my insurance needs and every slime ball has been calling me every day. I had lost my job and am collecting unemployment. The COBRA my company offered is too expensive considering the amount received from unemployment.

I was recorded by so they say their legal department. They do have you repeat everything they tell you to say, but what is not recorded is the conversation that is going on between the two people when the tape is stopped. I think is a conversation is going to be recorded it should be the whole conversation not just the segments they choose to record and use against you if you want to cancel and have your credit card credited.

I know that it is the company's decision to refund you or not, but if they are operating under false pretenses they should be investigated. Does anyone have a law suit against this company or can the government intervene and shut them down? Has anyone received their refund and if so how were you successful?
