Cheap Cars and Trucks, Jerimiah Boss Lemon Car Dilemma, December 2009 I wish to press charges for the following and or a law suit with full refu Scammed me on a van, wont agree to cover the repair cost. Coeur d'Alene Idaho

So this Jeremiah Boss wants to play rough does he hmmm. Go a head play dirty put my personal information out there for all to see. Thats what we call ID theft ya a*****e, ya you heard me I called you an a*****e cause thats what you are sir. And two why did ya wait untill the a*s end of 2015 when this was initially posted back in 2009 thats um hmm, nearly 7 years ago. Haha maybe cause its you're first off full of s**t, and two you no longer work for that looser wanna be car lot. Three your names already gone to s***, and you can take a #$$%^ flying leap off of a cliff. GO head and put us customers information out there our SSI numbers etc, see how far that gets ya. CAN you say federal prison for ID theft. Try me ya a*****e. Or did ya forget I know ppls who are willing to hurt some one bad for me nough said. 

This dealer knows d**n well what he did under his Indian boss it is both of their faults for taking advantage of peoples and selling peice of s*** vehicles, I mean serriously. If it werent for the lemon laws they'd never of been in bussiness for one or for long. Thankfully not too long after my court case even though I lost to this Jeremiah Boss and he says he won haha ya you wont alright ya mother #$%^&*( you're outta a job at that dealership, the state of ID shut it down under the BBB and fraud. No cars on the lot now are for sale under $5k and its under a different business name, no more red or yellow on the signs. Stay far away from any used car sales place that has red and yellow signs, and prices under $5k you will get cheated and shafted. I hope karma really bites that son of b***h in the a*s good and hard. No worries though I got me a better rig now anyways, ya littel piece of s***. You can talk smack all ya want but its me and the others who bought cars or trucks and got cheated that are a the real winners cause you sir are scum. FYI I did my research on you guys not just in Hayden ID but nation wide ya'll are a huge Indian ran scam, hirring American People to try and cover up their shaughty haughty dishonest sales practices. I am happy that some and most of these car lots and other scamming companies are being shut down. Hit em hard and where it hurts. 

The court ruled in my favor acting as a manager not a owner. The judge gave them a really good verbal spanking for wasting the courts time. And as for rip off reports they have a 1 star with BBB because they let any dumb a*s put stuff on here. And then want $2000 to remove it, they have put my personal cell phone on here.!!! That not even legal, if I played by these little kids rules I would post there social security number and date of birth and everything for the real criminals to play with. But I won't and a lesson for everyone buying a car when you pay 1500 bucks for a car with 88k the timing chain can brake and with out any warning!! They are cars they brake, that's why they sell new ones

You could see it in the eyes of this Mr. Boss character and his rip off scammers aka his fellow employees that this lot was bad news. When I personally asked him for a car facts print off on the vehicle my identical twin brother purchased he just looked at me cross eyed and laughed it off while cussing under his breath. I even tried talking the price down since he fully confessed that the driver's side door damage was his fault and the fault of the dealership. Doesn't this fool know it's unethical, illegal and even worse to sell knowingly sale a lemon to any one in the state of Idaho. Meaning a crappy running car knowing that it is running crappy. As is waiver or not this guy scammed by brother out of nearly 3 thousand dollars and we demand a full repayment. Yes we're getting the courts involved and you can see for yourself the results in person at the Kootenai County Courthouse March 16th at 1:30pm. I'm hoping the judge rules in our favor. For one the guy couldn't even get my brother's name right on the vehicle registration and forms from the dealership, two he lied full out about any and all questions we asked him on this vehicle, three he cornered my brother into not only purchasing this vehicle but when questioned about the as is form yelled for my brother to sign it. Per Idaho state law up to 72 hours also known as 3 days full days must pass from the time the vehicle is not only purchased but fully off of the dealerships property to become full property of said buyer and no longer under the responsibility of the dealership meaning any warranties etc. Three full days did not pass from Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning. My twin had barely had the vehicle over a full day when it failed to run any further. Mr. Boss knowingly ripped my twin off and sold him a piece of s**t. The courts had better rule in our favor here. Also Mr. Boss lied on the court forms he indeed does own the business and we have the business cards to prove it. Take that one there dork. Lying under oath in a court and fighting indisputable evidence that marks you as the business owner. You are so going down for this. Whether the court lets us win or not I'm still gonna sick the entire Spokane TV media and print media on your butt and conduct a full investigation. Seditious Libel my butt. It's called people with the balls to tell rip offs like you enough is enough. Jerk. Pay up.
