Dear Cheapo Air,

You have failed to process my refund as you stated because it is not possible for you to refund it back to the prepaid visa card I used at the time when I was in Greece. I have not yet received any refund after almost TWO months. You have received your refund from British Airways and this is my money that you are keeping from me. I have no other credit card to refund it to and I have no further connection with the bank in Greece where I purchased the prepaid credit card. My booking no. is 25100890.
