Cheap pool products.com Bait and Switch-Advertised and took order at one price then raised price if they were to ship, Internet

Cheap pool products advertised a pump on their site for $329.95. I ordered the pump and they sent confirmation of the order. I awaited UPS info for shipping.

NO shipping info came from them -I called and they said they had nine in stock and three orders. They checked with marketing who emailed them and the sales person read to me-Do NOT tell customer that there is a price increase. I called and emailed customer service-was told they were checking warehouse for stock.

Now I notice they upped price on internet site.No callback but an email comes stating that the new price is $489.95 and they have stock for immediate shipment.I call and am told that they have no stock do I want a refund? I say no I want my pump.
 
I get a supervisor and am told they have stock-$489.95.They wont expedite shipping-they wont discount or compensate in any way for my trouble and delay nor any apology  for the lies they have repeatedly said.

Bottom line is that they are without customer service nor anything resembling business etiquette.Stay away from them or you will lose your money and waste your time. They are a Ripoff! A complete waste of time and their business practices are illegal.
