Received a solicitation call for trip package in June 2008. Received packet an found Hawaii (even tho I asked) was not conducive to their trips offered.
Followed directions for return, Chris Lingham signed for the return on 7/15/2008. Was told it would be 2 billing cycles for credit. I thought thst werd cause usually after receipt of returned prodct - the redfund is done right away...with reputable companies anyway.
I figured out that they do that because credit card companies only take disputes within 30 days...so that's why they say it takes that long....so you don't report it.
Each time I call the superisor isn't in. His name is Chris Lingham and he signed for my returned packet.

WANTED TO UPDATE EVERYONE - I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY CHARGED BACK THE AMOUNT THE COMPANY ORIGINALLY CHARGED ME. THEN THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND HOPEFULLY MORE WILL BE DONE TO THE COMPANY.
SO IF ALL OF YOU CHARGED THE AMOUNT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD...MAYBE THEY WILL CHARGE BACK THE AMOUNT TO CHEAP TRIPS!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE...WE NEED TO GET RID OF THESE RIP-OFF COMPANIES
