Placed an order with this company on July 30, 2015.  Was told only a Western Union payment was accepted, when I objected I received this answer:

"I'm sorry too busy to reply you , let me explain to you why we just use the western union 

Cigarettes are legal protection products, paypal, credit card transactions are prohibited by law cigarettes.
In order to avoid the law in cooperation with our recommended Western Union Western Union payment!
We have been Western Union's authorized certification!
Please understand us"
 
So, without researching further, we followed the instruction below and sent our payment via Western Union  to the provided address in China on August 1, 2015 for the amount of $129.00, plus a $14.00 transfer fee to this address:
 
First Name : YongJie - Last Name : Zheng - Address : Siming, Lotus north-south road 177-6 - Zip Code : 361006 - City : XIAMEN - Country : China - Phone : 059234703181
Login: https://www.westernunion.com send money and select Cash at agent location

After the payment, plese tell us your payment MTCN number(10-bit digital)
Will send order in 72hour,USPS ship.
 
The next e-mail insisted that we scan our receipt to them, but I basically stated in my reply that I was not going to fax anything further to them. I had confirmation that the payment had already been received, please send me my cigarettes.  I have kept all e-mails, payment transfer receipt, and order confirmation e-mail from the company. 
 
I do not expect my money back, but the challenge is how to stop this from continuing.  When I went back to see what would happen if another order was placed, there was an entirely different Contact name and address as below:

Hopefully I have given you enough information.  I will happily send copies of all my coorespondence with them if you wish.
