Bruno Lauria the Landlord/Owner behind a vacation rental in Monreal, QC called www.cheapandchic.ca of Montreal, Quebec Canada bargeed into my room a half an hour before my promised check out time of 11am without any advance notice! He then made up a lie about me leaving blue marks on his bathtub and refused to refund my $200 paypal deposit for my two nights stay with my gf. I had already prepaid for the two nights in cash. I had one guest stay the night in his cold guest room with us on the sunday night. He charged me for two nights and made up a story about his bathtub which was left in perfect condition! Do not rent from Bruno Lauria of www.cheapandchic.ca. www.cheapandchic.ca creates false claims. Your deposit is not safe with www.cheapandchic.ca. I would not recommend www.cheapandchic.ca to any of my friends or family after this experience.
