As a college educated person and have traveled all around the world I feel I have experience enough to get travel quotes.  When I contacted cheapcruise.com by telephone in regards to taking my family of five on a cruise the red flags started to pop up every time I requested their offer in writing (email).  All I was wanted them to do is to email me with everything they were offering in the cruise for what price.  I was informed they could not do that.  I thought the customer service person did not understand what I had requested so again I requested that they send me an email with everything that my family of five would receive on this seven day cruise and for what price.  Again the person stated they can not do that.  When I spoke to a second person the same thing happened again, so I offered my email address so they could email the full information regarding this cruise package and said I was ready to pay for the cruise in full as soon as I received the requested information.  For the final time I was informed that cheapcruise.com does not put this information in writing, so I informed them that there was no need to give them my email address.  I am glad I decided not to purchase anything from cheapcruise.com after reading the posting on April 15, 2012 that a couple was cheated out of $200.
