Of course, you receive your booking confirmation with instructions in German.
Still no terms or conditions mentioned. Too good to be true?
Then you may want to rebook your flight(s) to a different destination or date. Ah, "No refund on alterations or cancellation to initial booking", those are the company rules. they can rebook at heavy penalties.
You ask then for a refund. No deal $0 refund, but they insist that you make your cancellation official. they get to keep your money and you get the heartache.
Resolution: never do business with this company. I did and paid the price!

Confused?

- Imagine that..getting instructions in German from a GERMAN site. I guess you were expecting Chinese or perhaps Latin? If you were so concerned about not being able to find(or understand) the Terms and Conditions, why did you continue with the purchase?
By the way for future reference it doesn't matter where you bought your tickets. With the exception of just handful of airlines in the world(I personally only know of one, but there may be another few), every airline will charge you a change/cancellation fee if you purchase a discounted fare ticket. If you wanted the ability to change or cancel your flight without penalty that same ticket you bought would have been at least 2-3 times the cost.
