Cheaptrips I have asked to cancel my membership several times to no avail. Internet

i recently join the cheaptrips and then decided to cancel,
now i'm told they can't find me in the system,because i asked to post date the direct withdrawl out of my bank till the 5th of july instead they withdrew the money on the 1st of july and have yet to cancel my account
an individual name scott told me to wait until after
the date of the 5th to cancel in the meantime my money is out my account. and no one has any answers I'm on disability and every penny is accounted for i want my money back in my account how can I get someone to help me?
