We purchased a pair of Bailey Button UGG Boots as a gift for my mother on December 11 2010. The site guaranteed delivery with in 7-9 days. What they didnt tell you was that it is delivered from some where in CHINA!!!! It is now December 29 2010 and I have yet to receive them. the tracking still shows them in CHINA. Just as the other complaint made against this fraud company, I have to agree I have more than likely been scammed. I have emailed several times only to get one reply telling me they apologize and give me another crappy deal on my next purchase. If you are reading this before purchasing from this scam. DONT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and frauds. Dont waste your time, money or stress on this scam.
