This company sent me a letter demanding I pay them $136.00 for a alledged $11.00 NSF check.

After speaking to Jerry Boyd @ X:917 and also Dawn at that same extension (Jerry left for an extended period of time and Dawn was taking over) numerous times, I was convinced this was legit-even though I had no recollection, nor return, of check. This company knew personal information about me such as my Social Security number, knew I was divorced and told me they spoke to my ex-husband (even verified his name with his new address) and so forth.

I paid the fee through Western Union ($11.00 for the 'NSF check' and the rest was their 'fees') in the total amount of $152.00 but never received my check. I called this company on 3 different occassions regarding the return of the check and was always told they would check into it.

I tried calling this company just a little while ago and the number (866-532-4138) is now not in service.

I should not have been so gullible as I am NOT that type of person-I am usually very skeptical however, I was being threatened with a lawsuit, attorney fees, court fees, etc. Now that I have 'Googled' this company and phone number I see that there are many other victims in identical situations.

What a terrible way to learn a lesson :>( I'm smarter now and this will never happen to me again. I just want my money back and for this operation to stop-I want THEM to pay.
