I'm not trying to bash anyone but d**n, don't people realize that your bank would d**n well make sure you knew about bouncing a check and expect you to take care of it with them?
I know my bank has never hesitated to send a bounced check back to me as well as tacking on $35 for bouncing it plus whatever other charges the other bank would charge.
Your bank-or a merchant-certainly has no need to "hire" a 3rd party to do this if it is true-which it is not.

Make a collectors happy, once in his sorry life,
who care, that they won't tell the name of the company, who you wrote the check too or what bank it was written on or the check number, or even when the checks were retuned and don't want to give validation OR copies of these checks.
Man collections must be a real great job, you get to call people all day, treat them like s**t, call people all sorts of names, make hollow threats, did one day while you were being pick on in school, stand up for youself and NOMORE, i'll show you, i'll going to become a collector, boo-h*o, I'll get even with everyone.
I'm a collector hear me roar, I'm to important to Ignore, I'm the king of my world and i'll lie to take your money .
Brian, sorry to make light situation.
stay off the phone, send a letter(RRR) demand validation, they have to provide copies of the checks front and back, they'll tell they can't which is another lie, and who the checks were written to.. after there called on the check, now it will become EW, and no checks, you can get a copy of those transaction, from the banks involved, not the crap, they print out one their own computer.
DID NOT FILL OUT A FRAUD AFFIDAVT FOR ANY COLLECTION COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO PROWER TO INVSTIGATE IT, THEY JUST WANT THE INFORMATION TO UPDATE THERE RECORDS AND CREATE THE INFOR INTO YOUR FILE.
