These folks at Checks Unlimited over charged my account from 15.00 to 33.05 on 2-10-03 and allmost two months later they debited my account again without authorization twice! On 4-8-03 they charged me 5.58 and 27.06 totaling 32.64.

After calling I was told thet they did not show a record of the two last transactions, and to fax my bank statements to accounts recievable, but since it doesn't show on there system that it was deducted than it would really be a waste of time. O'bye the way she also said thatit had to have been a different company or a scram artist!

Designer Checks We had an introductory order for checks from Designer Checks for $22.24. We paid the $22.24 with our credit card but we got a bill for an additional $55.22. When we called them, they told us that the price we paid was for first-time customers only. We do not remember ever ordering checks from them before. In addition to the extra charge, the checks had the wrong address on them. Evidently Designer Checks and Checks Unlimited are the same company. I think they use other names also. They are all located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Checks Unlimited I sent in for checks at one price, advertised them. They sent them, and the checks were acceptable. Then, two weeks later (I have not used checks yet), they sent a bill for more than triple the price I had already paid ,as stated on order form/order ad, saying the lower price was for first time customers only. As I understand contract law, if they advertise a price, you pay the price, and they send the product, that contract is ratified. They say it is only for new customers ,I am a repeat customer. I did not see this on the ad.order form I sent in, because (apparently) it was printed too small to see. But even so, if it was the wrong price, it should have been communicated to me before they sent the checks. do I send them back? They are not used, but have my acct. no. on them, so they cannot be used by anyone else. I think sixty something is too high, and that price was not on the ad. Colorado Springs Colorado
