Six years ago I had hired Brian Banasek to cater my wedding. Brian did almost $9,000.00 in fraudulent charges with my debit card Before things were said and done. We did get most of the money back through the bank but not the money for the deposit check I gave him.
Brian never took any responsibility all we ever got was excuses and blame On other people.
My husband and I have a judgement against him and I know we will never see the money. I fact we just had to renew our judgment because it has to be done every five years, he has ten plus judgments against him!
I just wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did. Brian will neve be successful since he has burned do many bridges.

moved to canada never pay bills rent or tax i know for shure he had a chocolete fountain an a hotdog cart business and never pay city or state tax thats why he split to canada running from the feds he has a sister never pays tax an is way worse lives in mesa wished they would all leave the country they piss on the USA
