I have to be honest and say that it took me a long time to write this report because I hate to damage peoples credibility without giving them a chance to come clean, make it right and looking at both sides of a situation.  I must say that I have first hand knowledge of Chef Mouton and Nancy Aldregde-Foster and the scams they pull on people. I was an employee or should I say an unpaid employee because to this day I still have not received compensation for the over 100 hours I worked for Chef Mouton and Nancy.  His promise to pay me week after week turned into Nancy sitting me down and writing me an I.O.U. that never amounted to anyting.

Before the I.O.U. I recorded Chef Mouton cursing me out and threatening me.  That recording was no good because I had to notify him that I was taping. One thing is for sure, everyone that I let listen to it hears a TOTALLY different side of Chef Mouton.  I took the issue to the labor board only to find out that Chef Mouton claimed that I was an intern unpaid of course. I was tired of trying to push the matter and gave up. He doesnt have anything to go after anyway he sleeps on Nancy and Al's couch, he is homeless.  I have followed comments written about him since my incident and every single one of them I know to be true because that is who he is a scam.

I have met countless people who all say the same thing.  Never, Never, Never EVER do business with Chef Jude Mouton or his side kick Nancy Aldredge-Foster. Nancy's husband Al Foster seems to be innocent in this trio but with him being so close with his wife and Chef Mouton living in his house it is hard to believe that he does not know how the duo cheats and cons people out of money and treats people like trash after they have done them wrong.  I know for a fact that he hired 2 full time Secretaries at the Long Beach location that he did not pay.  He borrows peoples talents with promise to pay for things like I.T. and Website Designs, Decorations, and Event Planners and never makes good his end of the deal.

He has large unpaid tabs at companies that trusted him to pay for things like specialty rugs with his logo on them, custom tents, couches, folding chairs and tables, office funiture, vending machines, office supplies and party staging furniture.  He has been evicted from 4 locations in the past 3 years that I know of 2 in Riverside and 2 in Long Beach.  When I saw that advertisement that he was in a new location on the Long Beach Pier inside of someones bar establishment I said to myself how long will that last.  I was right 6 weeks and Nancy sent out some bogus email stating that they had business differences and had to abandon the Bar Establishment.  Wow, REALLY?  

He sweet talks the landlord into a deal and makes the place georgeous with his promise to pay the vendor for carpeting, drapes, stage, sound etc and the landlord thinks this guy is the real deal and winds up probably owing for the things Chef Mouton has attached to their building. Chef Mouton and Nancy are relentless in take deposits for an upcoming party to fund a party that is a day or so away.  They hound the person for the second deposit because they are always robbing Peter to pay Paul.  Unfortunatley Chef Mouton and Nancy have had some ligit people in their midst and all of them they in some way or another have vamboozled.

They borrow money from a private person to do an event that they dont have funding for and then the private person is left holding the bag when the event they loaned money on is not what Chef Mouton or Nancy has promised.  They are such good liars and manipulators that they get people that they already owe to loan them more money to re-coup double to pay of the 1st and the 2nd debt owed.  They do large events and fairs and treat people like crap when they show up and are confronted about their lack of whatever was promised to get them there.  I saw the complaint about the Balboa Festival and I was glad that someone finally spoke out about Chef Mouton and his behavior.  

Chef Mouton's food? Just so you know, his Dirty Rice is what he convinces everyone to take because it is cheap.  He has a small variation of other things that I have never tasted and I will tell you why in a few seconds,  but 95% of his parties he throws is Dirty Rice to make people think he is doing them a favor and he skimps on the real meal.  His protege which I chose not name has some challenges mentally and allows Chef Mouton to work him like a slave, talk to him like a dog, and threaten to replace him.  This poor kid works for little or no pay and his reward is being able to hang out with a Celebrity Chef Mouton.  They both are unclean, don't wash their hands.  

I have witnessed no soap in the restroom and they come out and serve a party.  It was enough for me to never eat what they cook and brought to the office.  The food is prepared in Nancy's kitchen and brought to a venue before they got evicted. Chef Mouton's staff are a revolving door because it only takes about a month before they find out that this dude is not going to pay them and will treat you like dog poop if you ask him for your money.  Events? They look good and just depending on how many funds are available.  His current financial situation dictates what you get at your party.

I have seen events where the people got there and had to set up themselves, I have even seen a party where the people were left standing outside and Chef Mouton and his crew were no where to be found, and last but not least I have seen him have no money to do a party and find a way to pick a fight with the client so they will cancel and get someone else and then he refuses to give them back their deposit.  He can't give you a deposit because he is BROKE!!  If you hire Chef Mouton after all the warning signs and letters and write ups you desreve to be screwed with no grease.  Rest assured he is going to do it to you too.   Sorry it took me so long to tell the world but now that that is off my chest, Chef Mouton you and Nancy have a great day and remember "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND".
