I purchased a full set of these knives about two years ago and before purchasing them, I asked about therir claim of replacing the knives if they ever dull. All knives will dull, and I was told that they would be replaced at no cost to me, and that there was no shipping or processing fees.

I called a few days ago and was initially told by customer service that there was a shipping charge of $4.95 for each three knives sent back. With 11 in the set, this would cost me $19.80 to have them replaced. The initial cost of these knives is $39.95, so I am essentially paying half the cost again. If I were to order sets of them today, after the initial set, I can order more sets at $19.95 each. Guess what, they are not replacing the knives as I was told, they are selling you the discounted sets.

I called three times and each time asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that I was "not allowed" to speak to a supervisor, and asked to be directed to the corporate office. Again I was told I could not talk to the corporate office. The last time I called, a person gave me the number supposedly for their corporate office, but guess what, it was the same customer service number. When I forced the issue, I was told they would take my number and give it to their corporate office and they would call me back within 15 minutes. Again, no call.

Be advised if you purchase these knives, that any claims they make are bogus. I like their knives, but the people in their company are a benchmark for non-professionalism. I will eventually get this resolved, because I will see this through.
