Chekmasters ripoff, dishonest, took large amount from my bank Lawton Oklahoma

I did wrote check to Dominoes Pizza in ada (6452) and it bounced. The Bank made an error in my checking account.. but I accept the fees.. as I assume it would be normally about $25.00 or $30.00 fees as it was most common check bogus fees.

Okay.. I also assume they will take out of my bank bec of new laws of check policy.. But I just found out they took $64.00 instead.. I was puzzled.. so I called Chekmaster because I also got their letter that day before I talked with my bank.. the letter dated on may 31, 2005..

Okay.. I called and ask.. why $64.00.. they highlight "check written for $50.00 or less: Face value of check plus $25.00 merchante fee etc" so.. that why i assume they will take $25.00 out of my account.. they already took the $18.63 dollar out of my account in May 2005.. as I talk to Chekmaster they said they send letter to me and they got no respone so they added fees up to $64.00 and took money out of my bank..

okay.. if that is so.. why didnt they just go ahead and take $25.00 out of my account as they did with $18.63 to domiones again? so I demand a proof that they send me letter during may 2005 which I never got the letter as they stated!

They said.. nothing can do about it.. I demand a refund of $39.00.. because they over charge me.. and it is not at my fault for this fees to go up if they didnt send the letter in Cerficate mail. they shld be already taking $25.00 out of my check account than to WAIT TIL now and take $64.00 out of my account.. I hope this clears everything.. Thanks
