Chellysun Took money--didn't deliver merchandise.

Chellysun appears to be a Chinese business operating on the internet. They present themselves as a clothing and shoes supplier and appeal to consumers with low prices.

The photos of merchandise appear to have been taken from other sites. They take orders and collect money.

But on my credit card statement, Chellysun was not listed--instead, Rosa-Boutique London appeared next to the charge. This is not a legitimate business.

Months went by, and the items ordered were never delivered.

I sent e-mails to Support at Chellysun and received only "Be Patient" responses. I demanded more information, and then received a series of different delivery tracking numbers, none of which worked. Their chat option did not work. They refused to send other contact information.

After receiving a fake e-mail claiming to be USPS, I requested a refund. Chellysun refused.

I reported fraud to my credit card company.

I have since read numerous negative reviews reporting experiences like mine with Chellysun. After the fact, I recognise the red flags I should have taken seriously. This is an expensive lesson.
