Chelsea Financial Services AKA First Southwest; Chelsea Financial Fraudulent Business and Dishonest Customer Service Staten Island New York

I investest a small amount of $500 dollars in a comany they promised that perfrom. Well, it didn't and I kept up on the financial reports and news for the company which forecasted low earning and lost contracts. So, I ask Chelsea to sell and send me a check. A month later I call to inquire about the check that I have not received. They said it had not been sent out yet and that it will be sent out immediately. Two weeks later I call again. Now they said it was sent out they don't know why I haven't received it and they will cancel it and send me a new check for $20 less because the cancelation fee was going to be deducted from my account. 10 days later I call again the check was sent, they said on the 21st of June and "someone must be messing with my mail". Their blaming the post office; I have never had a problem receiving mail before. The last phone call on July 1, 2013, I told them to cancel the check and sent it FEDEX with a tracking number like they do when they want your money. Apparantly they can do this for me. We will see if it works out. I am not holding my breath. Save yourself the troulbe and do not invest with this company, if anything else for total lack of customer service and professionalism.
