Had commercial mortgage on spec home with Chemical. Partially secured by home mortgage on my house for 100k  Though a series of deceptive transactions while I trusted them while signing, they added a 2nd 100k mortgage to my home.  Then when came time to renew my mortage on spec home, they made totally unacceptable terms.  I declined.  They foreclosed.  Then I offered deed in lieu of foreclosure. They refused. House sold for more that 25k more than their mortgage. They bid 75k less than house sold for at auction, so they could tap into my residence also with their huge deficiency.  Their legal fees which were deducted from a closing, where they illegally clogged redemption, were well over 50k.  They are truly unethical bastards.

When Chemical bought out the previous bank, every banker there with an ounce of integrity, quit and went to another bank.  The ones that replaced them or stayed will burn in hell!  Along with their lawyer.  This is much more than sour grapes,  but a series of unethical and illegal practices.  DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!
