ChemLawn - Truegreen That place was a nightmare, would not return calls, cancelled 5 times on phone and they would keep spraying and harrass me for the money Pontiac Michigan

I first signed up with Trugreen, I had a decent looking lawn to begin with. I quit taken care of it when they started spraying but I started having weeds was told the weeds I had were tough to get rid of and it would cost extra, thats when I started trying to cancell.

I was taking care of my lawn myself but just work alot, they came again and sprayed, 2 weeks later, the same weeds (they never went away). they tell me on phone when I call again sometimes it takes time, after a week and still the same weeds. I bought some weed killer and sprayed my yard and in 3 to 5 days days the weeds are gone. they called me 2 days after that to say they were coming to spray, I told them dont bother with the non affective weed killer I took care of it and I want to cancell my account. they put me on hold 35 minutes, I hung up, they came when I wasnt home a couple days later and sprayed, I called them and told them I cancelled my account and I am not paying, they wanted proof I cancelled my account, then I told them I told them the last 2 times I called to cancell my account and the last time they put me on hold for 35 minutes till I hung up. then they started calling me every other day wanting there money, and every call I told they I cancelled this account.

I finally paid them to keep them from calling me again and again and again and again for 6 weeks, and 2 days after I paid them they sprayed again, then demanding money for that spraying. I called that place 15 times telling them to cancell my @#$# account. One time the Manager called me back and I could not get thru his head to cancell my Account. I would be put on hold, but they would keep calling me AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN wanting the latest payment saying they dont handle cancelation and put me on hold to get a confirmation number to prove I cancelled which they never would answer, this battle went on for 7 months and 50 phone calls
