Chemlift warrantees are worthless. for consumers and distributers. Kirkland Washington

On October 9th 2007, I contacted Mr. Michael J. Sweaney, who owns a one-man company that sells a product that he says he invented. The name of this product is Chemlift. He claims that this product eliminates wrinkles. The reason I contacted him is because he said he was looking for distributors in my county.

At first I contacted him by email. When he replied to my email with his phone number, I called him. During our conversation he told me how great this product was and how his present distributors were making lots of money selling it. At this time I told him that I would like to become a distributor, but I want to try a sample of the product first. He said he could sell me a sample for $20.00, But if I did buy just the sample, it would take time for me to receive and try it out. And if in the mean time someone called him wanting my county and willing to make a full purchase, which is 50 ounces for $1,250.00, he would give them the privilege of selling in my county.
(He only allows one distributor per county) He also said that if I would buy a full purchase, that I had nothing to lose because he guarantees that if the product does not perform like he says he would give me a full refund and pay the postage for returning it to him. (I have this in writing)

So I bit and sent him $1,250 for 50 1-ounce bottles. After waiting for 3 weeks and getting a bunch of excuses from him as to why I had not yet received my order. I finally received the 50 1-ounce bottles and tried them. They did not work. So I contacted him and told him that the product he sent me did not work. He told me something about them being stored in a cold place which caused them to freeze. That once they froze and then thawed the product got diluted. That is probably why the product did not work.

He then told me to send him a 1-ounce bottle, I assume so he can test it. I sent him the bottle
And waited for his response. When no response came I emailed him inquiring as to what happened to the 1-ounce bottle I sent him. In his reply all he said was that he received the 1-ounce bottle I sent him and that he was going to send me 50 new 1-ounce bottles.

Well I waited a few days, when I did not receive the product he claimed he sent me; I emailed him again asking him if he sent it. He replied telling me that he sent it a long time ago. In my return email to him I told him that I did not receive it and that if he had a confirmation number so that I could try to trace it through fedex. He replied telling me that he did not have it but he will find it.

After not hearing from him again I emailed him asking if he found the confirmation number. He replied telling me that he will find out tomorrow because everything got disorganized when he changed shippers. I did not here from him again. So again I email him, and this time he started to get sarcastic and rude with me.

I tried filing a civil lawsuit against him. But he would not reply to any of the inquiries that I or the court made to him. This man thinks he is above the law. SO BEWARE! I'm presently trying to figure out what step to take next against him.
