I am not alone in the fact that I have performed services for Chenoa Smith and her multiple companies and not been paid. Her tactics are to have people work on her behalf and then when it comes time to pay for services she and her 'companies' find a way to lower the amount owed and then still don't pay.
She is impossible to sue since she changes or uses fake addresses for her companies. She also does not actually have office space she is always working out of another companies offices.

This is one of her deceptive practices - not keeping one business name or one city too long. She changes the names of the companies by missing an 's' here - or using the word 'theories' or 'publishing' or 'channel' after a base name - or listing her business in more than one city.
People Beware!
Chenoa has not live up to her obligations in paying any of the people that worked for Living Spirit Channel creating the book covers & 3D renderings of the books of LSC clients. These clients that have been waiting for the last 2-3 years for their product to be produced and distributed in retail sales channels and even in Wal-Mart. Yes, she actually told clients she could get their products in Wal-Mart. These outstanding invoices are over 5-6 months old. Her accounting dept has not been in touch with anyone....
There has not been ONE Peoplaware.com advert placed in any Comcast marketplace and not one banner ad placed on one web-site - but her advertisement to the people promised them a comp in one week. She offered a double your money back guarantee if products your products did not sell $5,000 in sales in one year.Please show the public these adverts and the products if your company is legitimate. Have a 'satisfied' customer post here as well. Who knows someone here may actually buy a product!
As for The Viva Network - who would partner with a company who's web site is a static page with out-dated information?? It is suppose to be a cutting edge media technology company and it has a static out of date page....hmmm With all of your funding that was to be coming - you think you would have designed a web site by now.
The sale of Living Spirit has been rumored to be taking place by Chenoa for the last 6 month - I have many emails sent to partners and clients to the fact it is done and the money will be forth-coming for all payments.
There was to be up-date reports covering all aspects of the business and clients' products & partner info to sent out on the 22nd of every month to make sure the company was transparent...as of today none of this has happen, another broken promise by one of Chenoa's company.
Please note - telling people the truth is not slander or libelous.
Warning people of bad people is a service to the public.
You must own your actions.
You owe people money.
You have not provided one product to anyone who has paid you.
You are a bad person to do business with in my opinion based on the facts I know.
Chenoa - I will get my day in court - and I am still waiting for your legal team to contact me.

This is not a discussion forum. We run a business. Our new system is being upgraded by our service provider due to an error on their part.
If you would email us directly, then we are happy to respond to you while our new system is up for repair.
We are finding that several people who have not completed their agreements or followed through on arrangements are the persons that are "burned". This is why complaints to the authorities have gone ignored.
This is our last posting. If you are on our list, our settlement and collections firm will be in touch with you regarding your payments.
We are a company not one person with responsibilities. If you are on our dispute list, you will be contacted via phone, email or U.S. mail.
If you are one of our parties that we have banned from phone or email, then you will be contacted via U.S. mail.
Since this is not truly a consumer complaint, we are finished with responding to this message board.

People are not reporting you due to the fact you say you will pay them...they wait and wait and finally get tired of waiting and then walk away. You break people.
People write to me daily saying you have taken their money and not provided the services they paid for or worked for you and you paid them less and did not pay them at all. We are gathering the stories - we will share them with the proper authorities.

This consumer claims site is not the appropriate place for this consumer product. If you both had a product and worked for Living Spirit Inc., then this is not the appropriate place.
The claims that you are referred to have been dropped by all authorities. All investigations on the credit card claim were settled as a "civil dispute". There was no wrongdoing found and it has been settled out of court.
The only people who have not been paid or contacted further are those who have been sent to our legal team for misconduct.
Your profile fits only one or two people we have on file. BOTH OF THESE PEOPLE have negligence and large claims for lawsuits being filed due to misconduct.
We are moving to have wages garnished and bank accounts confiscated for the massive negligence.

Your company constantly takes services and time from people and does not pay.
You have done this with vendors and also companies on the internet who employ people for your services.
Your company needs to understand - you can not just say follow the law and not respond to requests for addresses so that we can file suit against you.
I did not want a FREE account - I worked for you. I have other testimonials from people who your company mis-used their credit cards and also that you did not pay for services supplied in March / April of this year.
Stop acting like you are being singled out - you have to pay people you can not just move along through life taking time and money and not returning to people what they were promised n exchange.
Grow up and get some morals in your professional life.

This company says for people to file an arbitration - but it is impossible to file any kind of lawsuit against this company due to the lack of an actual address.
If anyone out there has an address that can be used and is CURRENT please share it with everyone so that Chenoa and her companies can be stopped.
If this company actually put on a web site the way people can file for a refund then they would be legitimate. Or if they gave the people who have asked for a refund a refund or even a partial payment, they could be considered legitimate....but no money is refunded unless your credit card company steps in and does not allow her to have the money. Call your credit card company - call your bank - file a complaint with the police. Do anything you can to get your money back - Chenoa or her 'people' will not answer your request. We have heard many stories of her lack of communication with disgruntle clients.
Dont under-estimate the power of the people. We are a network of people who want our money back - and we will stand together to help everyone get what is theirs and not hers.
Even if the site is down - post your stories here - the authorities will look at them no matter how they are presented.
Together we can stop her and bring justice to the people.
