I came in to get an oil change a few months ago and had an OK experience. Since this place is conveniently located close to my place of work, I decided to swing by again for another oil change before a long weekend trip to the mountains.  As advertised, I left in 15 minutes, but I also left with a laundry list of things that did not happen:

1. They failed to top off my fluids. I noticed this after I got home.
2. They did not check my tire pressure. I noticed this after I stopped for gas on my way to the mountains and had to fix the tire pressure.
3. They cleaned off my windshield, but left streaks all across it. I would have been better off if they just didn't touch it.
4. They advertise the oil change costing $29.99 but I was charged $39.99. I was in a rush to leave and didn't pay attention to what I was charged.

I noticed that my fluids were not topped off/tire pressure wasn't adjusted after it was too late, and so I called the next day to explain what had happened. The person who picked up the phone - he said his name was Kendrick (African American, long hair in a bushy ponytail) was the RUDEST person I have encountered in a while. I explained that I had come in for an oil change, and my fluids were not topped off. His response was "Ok, so what do you want me to do about it" to which I told him that HE should tell me as I am the customer. He told me that he was busy and didn't have time to deal with me. I informed him again that I was the customer, and he should be helping me out or rectifying the issue. I said I would like a partial refund, or a credit on my next oil change. He told me again that he was busy and didn't have time to deal with me. I laughed and informed him that his customer service needed some work. He hung up.

I called back again on Monday (hoping to speak to someone different), and the same guy picked up the phone.  I was told that he could not deal with me on the phone because he was busy and it would be better if I came in to sort something out (I am not sure why I had to come in as there was nobody there. There were three people "working" two in uniform and the woman in street clothes. They were sitting around in the waiting area eating cake.)

I left work and drove over there only to be treated as though I knew nothing about my car/engine. I may be a woman, but I know cars. They started questioning my reason for thinking the fluids were not topped off and I pointed to them that my windshield fluid was obviously way below the filled level; the coolant was obviously not opened to be checked as it was sealed with residue from the last check. They pointed to it and said it was fine. The one man (Kendrick) asked how I knew they hadn't checked the tire pressure, and I informed him that I was standing in the window while they did the oil change and I didn't see them do it. I figured it was fine until I had to re-fill it myself the next day. He told me that other than the actual oil change, all the other services were complimentary. My question then was - "Why does it say here on my receipt that all of this was checked and filled if you in fact didn't do any of it"? I guess that stumped him because he then threw his hands up and ordered the other man working to check the tire pressure and proceeded to walk out of the garage into the other room.

I believe one of the men then left a propped up nain behind one of my tires because as soon as i pulled into my parking garage, I could hear a slow leak from my rear tire.

NEVER go here. They WILL get you out in 15 minutes, but they will do a crappy job, treat you like you don't know anything if you are a woman, and not apologize for anything. I don't know how they can get away with being SO incredibly rude to their customers, but I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! You are better off going elsewhere to get good service - both on your car and as a customer.
