Cherry Creek Hardscapes Stamped Concrete Patio: Unprofessional Business and Terrible Quality Denver Colorado

I had a terrible experience with Cherry Creek Hardscapes and I’m still dealing with them after a year and a half.  I unfortunately made the mistake of biting on an under bid project and have paid the price ever since.  The owner is rude, un-responsive and completely un-professional.  He consistently failed to show up to scheduled appointments and completely ignored numerous voicemails and text messages when product deficiencies were brought to his attention.  It took him over two months to eventually show up to review and attempt a quick fix to remedy these deficiencies. 

To go along with the lack of respect and professionalism by the owner, the actual product was even worse.  I had a small stamped concrete patio, steps and walkway installed in my backyard.  After less than a year, holes and cracks had developed.  There are missed stamps and rough areas all over the patio.  The stairs are uneven and exhibit poor quality throughout.  The connection between my house and the patio wasn’t sealed at all.  His inadequate attempt to remedy these problems consisted of some sanding and color sealing to hide the problems.  The color sealing was done in small, random areas and the patio looks worse now than before.  I’ve had three independent contractors review his work and every one of them concluded that it was done quickly and sloppy and is of extremely poor quality.  In order to get the stamped concrete patio, walkway and steps that I contracted for, a complete redo is required. 

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I hope that no one else will have to deal with Cherry Creek Hardscapes.
