Cheryl Jessop along with her son, Micheal Jessop, moved into a rental property and immediately began trashing the property. Not only did they allow many illegal activities to take place on the property, but they allowed people to come and go as they pleased at all hours of the day. On more than one occasion, the front door was kicked in, wndows broken so as they could gain access to the property. Of course during this time NO rent was paid. there was always an excuse and when notive was officialyy served, the tenants notified every agency they could to try to extend the time in property. This included board of health, ESA, lawyers and other tradesmen. All with the intention to blackball more free time in the unit. She constantly made excuses saying that she was in hospital, hiding, sick afraid and even went so far as to pretend to be someone ekse to avod talking to us. All in all, she paid one month`s rent stayed for three more and absolutely trashed the home to a sum of over $3,000. Do not believe thisindividual for any reason.
