On May 22, 2016, I purchased a 3 pack of Black Extreme Tank Top Chest Binder under garments with a total cost of $89.99 paid in full. What I received was a package of 3 WHITE Men's Slimming Shirts for $14.46 belonging to a Matt Hyde of Farmington UT. To date I have emailed ChestFx 5 times, filled out numerious customer service forms on their website and even tried to call them. I will say they called back but I was unavailable, I returned the call but was only able to leave another message. Their emails up to the end of June stated:The package you received was from us whether it had the wrong name on it or not.
On received an email on the 29th of June for an Ed Harris asking me exactly what I received which I had done so each time I contacted customer service. So again, I responded even sending a picture of what I received.
It is now August 7th and I still I have not received my shirts. Please do not order from this company. It is a total scam.
