I was looking up this "Chariot" contraption  from Exmovere ,which appeared to me to be a glorified copy of the s****.> Seems to be ironic that the poster named BLUE SKY should be defending possibly the very kinds of acts that the Blue Sky Laws were created to prevent. Too much of a coincidence, perhaps, that this person has chosen this name to post under . Sounds like an audacious taunt by the Exmovere people. Just a thought.

I have known Hurben (aka Cheyenne) Crow since high school in San Diego, CA.  I have filed a report.  I was in contact with him for a couple years, all the while he was scamming me with variations of your story.  I have maintained many of the lying e-mails he sent to me.  I have had access to legal documents which offered me information into his character.  I am willing to give infomation to any attorney who needs it for legal proceedings.

This is what this company stands for :Cheap taudry lies,threats and make believe. They make empty threats at women whenever they are close to being found out. This has happened not only to this woman who is so gallantly being called an animal ( sheep ???!!!) by these so called and self proclaimed  "Rich and powerful executives" here just for having the courage to speak up - but there are other women who have been harrassed and threatened by Exmovere executives :- a woman in Maryland whose name starts with "J" had to file a crimianl case in Maryland courts and obtained a restraining order against one of these "powerful executives", another in Virginia (her initials are SC) also was harassed to the point where she too filed a lawsuit against the two of them in Fairfax !!! These are in addition to the shareholder Tipler lawsuit.
These women who tried to speak up are tried to be branded as crazy, psychologically and emotionally unstabe "animals"  who are screaming "sour grapes" cuz they couldn't get a piece of these "rich and powerful executives" /thieves and felons. This is an obscene situation. What is the FBI and the SCC doing? 

David Bychkov and Exmovere Holdings, Inc. is a real company and not a scam as mentioned in these reports. I've known David Bychkov for 15 years and will report that he is an outstanding individual, even though he has a very bad temper. David throws things and screams and yells, but he is not dishonest. All of this gossip here is nonsense with people working on damaging agendas towards the company. One person in particular is attempting to hurt the company that David built over the years. This person's agenda is unknown due to unstated reasons. I can vouch that David Bychkov is a descent human being, honest, and works very hard to make all of this into reality. Do people really think the Frankfurt stock Exchnage would allow a company on it's listing board if it wasn't real? David told me that the new IPO is being worked on in Germany by attorneys and banks supporting the company. All of this talk of illegal activities by a select few people is nothing as compared to the good folowing Exmovere has with the press, investors, banks, and the stock market community.

I know this man David Bychkov very well. He is the father of my child. I trust him and he's never done me wrong.

I am a happy victim to be associated with Exmovere and David Byschkov. Over the past few years I have given this company, specifically David Bychkov, close to a million dollars to persue his dreams for his and Cheyene Crow's inventions. I am happy that I helped my friend David Bychkov and will never regret investing my money and buying stock in this inspiring company. I beleive in the technology and company. Much of what I read here seems to be from "gold-digger " types of women looking to invest some of their money but to strike it rich with many of the executives.

I too wish for the company and stock to do well and why would all of these people wish for their investments to be lost by posting negative publicity from the coaching of a few individuals? All of this sounds not business-like for people wishing their investments to perform. Maybe the coaching of a few individuals to post negative news will help them to increase the value of their investment?

File a police report against Bychkov if he's threatening you. Bychkov claims he has evidence that you damaged his automobile and broke into his personal residence. He has text message from you that documents his claims.

The woman posting this report seems to be a sheep from India that can't recall she is also required to sign the stock purchase agreement form as mandated by CEO Bychkov. All investors have to sign the contract which states that they are an accredited investor otherwise no money will be accepted by the copmpany, Exmovere. Bychkov verifies that every shareholder signed the contract before he signs the form himself and files it with the proper stock authorities. Being an attorney myself, also a woman, there are no SEC violations. There are plenty of women stalkers after Bychkov and Crow due to their successes.

The woman has been know to break into Bychkov and Crow's residences, damaged Bychkov's automobile and subsequently the company had to issue a "Stay Away Order" to keep her away from the company, friends, family, and her threats of possible personal injury. Evidence is on file for future prosecution if she continues to harass Exmovere, Bychkov, or Crow. Many of these situations results in awarkness for a public company with people stalking exeuctives if their demands are not met.

 Annonymous : Yes I was threatened, harrassed and other intimidation techniques were used by Bychkov. I will discuss only in person and with the proper authorities.Thanks for your interest. Like everyone else who have been cheated by Exmovere, I too have been traumatized by this saga.
