I had A young girl come to my house and ask if I used kleenex. I said I did and she gave me a pack.  I thought that was the end, next thing I know she is at the door with a vaccum cleaner.  She just wanted to demonstrate.  I told her I had just bought a new vaccum cleaner. She said okay.

The next thing I know I decided (More to get them out of my house) that I would purchase one. for a 1060.00.  They took my vaccum in on exchange and I paid in full.

I thought about it overnight and then filled out the form to cancel the contract and mailed that to them overnight by way of postal service.  I also called and left numerous messages that I was cancelling the contract. Never got a return call.

So a couple of days later they came and picked up the vacuum cleaner.  They didn't bring the one that was traded back which was new also.  I asked them to get mine and in about one hour they brought it back.

Now one month later and they still have not refunded my 1060.00.  So the moral to the story is don't by from door to door salesman.  Since all I have is the postal receipt because I didn't have a copier to make a copy of the contract I probably will lose 1060.00. 

I have filed complaints with the BBB and now am putting this on hoping no one else will get ripped off.
