Chicago Car Mart John..Took $250 to run an ad on their web in Chicago. No add or response since 5/23/12 Chicago, Illinois

I was contacted by this company after I had placed a local ad on craigs list advertising my Harley Davidson motorcycles. A man named John said he could move them quickly thru his web site in the Chigago area as their was a real demand in that market. For $250 he would put them on his web-site for 6 months. I agreed. He then sent a photographer to my home and took pictures of the bikes who then collected the $250 check and left me a contract. This occured on 5/23/12 and as of now there has been no advertising of my bikes on his web-site or have I had any of my several calls returned explaining why. I have since noticed that the BBB of northern Indiana has received several several complaints with the same stories. I am obviously requesting my $250 returned and this company held accountable for fraudulent business practices.
