CIT Lease Finance Group Ripoff Dishonest Chicago Illinois

I had signed up for a merchants account with United bank card of Nj. I had my own machine Which they were will to reprogram for me for 73.14 including tax. When they returned the machine it did not work. I asked if they could trade a machine with me. They had some one come to my business explained how the machine worked and to sign a paper which I believed was a receipt for the machine. He walked out with my machine.. later did I realize I had signed a non cancelable finance lease with CIT with united bank card on the letter head.

With the signing of this paper it also allowed CIT to take fund out of my bank account. When I finally realized what was happening I removed my money. not long after I recieved the typical phone calls from CIT you know the 2,3,4 times a day call tell you to pay, not letting you talk to some other then them. I filed a complaint with the BBB. CIT has sold my account to another collection agency a phillips and cohen assoc ltd who call me once or twice aweek. last night they called 2 minutes before 9:00pm. AND They are now threating to freeze my accounts and take me to court! I filed a compliant with The fair trade commission http://www.ftc.gov.

What CIT has Been doing is very illegal good luck. Oh, by the way I told CIT They could have the machine back. They said they don't deal with machines they just finance them.
