Chico E.R. claimed that they would send customers to my web site, and enhance my sales by using "Click Throughs". They reported that that 50 to 60 internet customers were sent to my web site each month in March, and April. I was billed for over $2,000. for the two months their service was provided.

I checked two different reporting agencies that positively reported that not one person came to my website from the Chico E.R., or their supplier contracted for the two months billed. I have two factual reports that shows someone lied, and distorted the truth, and falsely reported 50 t0 60 people per month clicked through to my website.

The Chico Enterprise Record was party to a "shameless sham" - - - - knowingly, or unknowingly. When I presented the "Undeniable" proof of two separate reporting agencies like Google Analytics, they continued to bill me, and pressed me for payment through a collection agency. The E.R. used to be reputable, and trustworthy. Times have changed, and it appears that they are desparate for income even if it is falsely conceived, or contrived!

I personally recommend that all businesses avoid doing business with the E.R. until they change their business practices.

Be advised that they used unethical, and underhanded means to aquire income from me. Everyone should know the truth.
