I wanted to add my 2cents. I decided to pay a visit to the breedermafter reading the reports here.  I was interested in a white puppy the breeder had posted as a teacup. I can confirm the reports on this forum are accurate. The breeder does not weigh her dogs and is guessing or lying. I saw adults 6 or 7 lbs EASY. This breeder classifies her puppies as micros and teacups but I did not see any tiny breeding dogs. the puppy I was interested in was called a teacup while the parents of this puppy where large Chihuahuas. The photos of the parents on the website show heavy builds. I decided to visit the home to view these dogs first hand because photos could be misleading. The description the breeder has on her website saying the parents are small caused all the more confusion for my partner and I. The visit confirmed our fears. The muscular large sizes of the breeding dogs is obvious in the photos but the breeder's description of tiny size confused us, so we had to go see for ourselves.
