Child Protective Service (GPS) DHS PHILADELPHIA RAILROADED AGAIN! For the City of Philadelphia and their departments Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I need HELP from State of Pa officials and Federal Govt officals ASAP! I have been requesting help from the above since March 20, 2004 when DHS was sent on a WITCH HUNT against up! During a IRS Investigation!!! To date MAJOR Fake and forged documents and documention show on City of Philadelphia Computer (Taxes) (DHS) bogus GPS Investigation and records held via Phila Police Dept!

We are being RAILROADED again! The lies from PPD, domelights.com and DHS remain in court documents filed against us! The truth is not being heard by the Judge and not adressed by council. The liar that cranked phone called 911 and DHS is protected for life!

Strong Possibility the crank call came from a Philadelphia Police office George Lochner #3226 Dist. 15th. He indeed called in a Crank Bogus call to Narc Police N121 on or about October 20, 2002 at 10:30 pm! This led to Narc police pointing their guns at my daughter and her husband (a MP in IRAQ!) They could have been killed over this lie of drugs! They were illegally searched as their car. Police stated the Tip was from a Cop at the 15th dist, Radio Room, that would be George Lochner! It was not investigated by Police due to the fact if was a tip from a cop! NBC10.com did a story on my son in law and daughter before he shipped out to IRAQ (Oct. 20, 2004) This was two years to the date of the False search! Millions of viewers saw the story on NBC10.com!

This is also the date (Oct 20, 2004) DHS sent out Court Listing..to remove my daughter (16) on a Pack of Lies!
The daughter who is 16 was a witness against P.O Lochner and abused by him in 1995. Lochner slapped handcuffs on her when she was 6 years old to produce fear on a PTSD child! IAD #96-420 and IAD #97-2029 did not adress this issue due to the fact the investigator said Lochner was "JUST PLAYING GOOD COP!"

DHS and their Bogus GPS investigation on a Unknown person with the same last name as ours! There are millions with this commom name! That proves ID THEFT as documented with the IRS and the FTC at their request.

All this when I was a Witness in City of Phila Criminal court for a armed robbery! No protection from the DA office! Yet our DA stated on NBC10.com that she would move the witness in drug/ armed trial for their protection! Think twice before you are a witness in Phila!

Our Lawyer that was a no show and takes your money and wants More money! Domelights.com that is a Phila Police site help Setting Good People Up! Because they want REVENGE for telling the Truth and taking Police Brass advice to File a Complaint on a Bad Officer (George Lochner #3226). Where are the Feds? They are in center city Phila on a trial against the City of Phila to date! But they do not know what is going on down the street at 1801 Vine St at the same time!

Philadelphia is more like Iraq then a city in the U.S.A! In fact Philadelphia Police via domelights.com made threats that are recorded on this site. Police stated they will RID the Internet world of Me! That explains the Hacking from Phila Police via domelights and Police Phone Number 214-592-25XX! Is that the computer crime or science and tec. of Phila police DA Office?
