Child Protective Services/of Ector County Child Protective Services Without sufficient representation, took custody of my 17year old and unborn grandbaby Odessa, Texas

I have been to court 3 times since August, all three times were a joke. My attorney quit and the judge gave my signing an indigence order as an excuse to not have sufficient representation. She is now in a foster home 200 miles away and in most cases would be emancipated but can't find a job in a city with less then 500 people and foster mother has now cut off my daughter's ability to contact me completely. Baby is due end of May and daughter is beside herself with worry that they will find a reason to take her baby from her. NO ONE IS LISTENING TO ME.

Their excuse is neglect knowing that neglect is hard to prove. At last court hearing, judge was questioning CPS Supervisor about my daughter's mental health and well being and SUPERVISOR knew nothing. Judge noted that why is the woman testifying when she doesn't know anything and they still kept my daughter.

I have filed complaint with state DFPS. FAMILY REUNIFICATION not FAMILY DESTRUCTION. I need a new judge and a lawyer that is not a bobble head doll, next court hearing is in June and my daughter is not required to be there??? I have had one visit with her since December and judge's orders were weekly visits. Judge also ordered that she be able to come home for Thankgiving. Didn't happen. We missed Thanksgiving, Christmas and now I've missed her 17th birthday. What is going to happen if there are complications at the birth and she is 200 miles away. Where are my rights? I have done everything they required but was unable to obtain an assessment set up by them from their counselor until after court. SABOTAGED!!!! Any person here that says different needs CPS knocking on their door.
