children and youth lebanon pa CYS lies and neglects my children even after I have all the evidence lebanon Pennsylvania

In january of 2017 I had surgery in which my then 15 year old daughter and a ex friend tried to kill me on an overdose of my pain meds which my daughter then told the hospital i tried to commit suicide. She then went as far as staging messages from my facebook and thought she was samrt about it but she has admitted to a third party via text and facebook the things she has done and even video the incident of which she had caused. SHe lied about my husband hitting her has lied to the DA and the police so she does not have to come back home because her fafther lets her do drugs have sex with guys and girls over the age of 18 and 21 and she has free rein to do as she pleases. My ex the kids dad has been in and out of jail has multiple drug charges and is not fit to have my children as my 15 year old son has found my exes drugs in the home has reported on several occasions of the dad using and the dad stating i shouldnt have an issue if he is using when the kids are in bed and he even admitted to 2 cys caeworkers that he uses and they still let him have my children. HIs girlfriend is a daily drunk who has made it clear she does not want my kids and has on a few accounts went after my 10 year old daughter then passing out on her bed. I have fought with cys and several caseworkers have lied staright to my face that my kids have not made it clear about the issues in that home and i have documented proof that my kids have made it clear and so did the judges secretary as she had sent the letters to cys and i have sent the photos and proof to cys and they still have done nothing to protect my kids and get them out of the situation they are in.. My younger 3 want out of that home and to come home and not be around the drugs and drinking and being neglected on a daily basis. As my children are struggling they are getting suicidal and I fear soon one of them will attempt to end their life due to this mess. I have well over 4000 pieces of evidence and the Lebanon Children And Youth Office has allowed this neglect and abuse to continue since february when my ex had started threatening the children he has no put his hands on my 10 year old twice has samshed my sons items in front of him with a hammer he tells them if they go to foster care they will be raped and is a drug addict/trafficker and his girlfriend works at a local school and is a drunk daily and has helped hide older men and woman sleeping with my then 15 year old daughter and has helped get rid of a pregnancy with my daughter to. Lebanon Children And Youth Services has helped and aided a known drug addict neglect my children. I have gone as far as federal and state made reports and will be seeking a lawsuit at the end of this. Does anyone know who else to contact as i have went to our local mayor and chief of police which have been no help other then telling my ex to flush the drugs my son had found so he didnt get arrested. I am an outraged mother with evidence and I am fearing for my childrens safety. my younger 3 kids have been hurt and neglected and abused since my ex has had them and I am at a loss. I cant bare to keep watching my kids cry and fall apart due to this mess...
