I just want to tell everyone a story of my daughter who was tooken by children and youth for no reason. When children and youth showed up the lady that came was not nice at all. See our daughter is 2 years old and is small for her age and doctors did not no why. She made us take her to Hershey Childrens Hospital in Hershey Pennsylvania that was the worst thing we ever did because that hospital treats you like you did something wrong and they treat you badly I would never go to that hospital again I do not know how many people that ever took their child there was ever treated badly I know I was. When we got to the hospital they asked what she eats at home I told them everything she eats and they said well it looks like she eats good for her age. They took us up to a room and said we want to keep her over the weekend and she will be discharged. Here is a story I wrote but never sent it away yet. See I know children and youth can take kids without a reason and I feel bad for people that have to go through what we are going throught. Still trying to find help to get our daughter back

She told me she does not believe that that she does not think I feed my daughter at all and that there is something going on in the home I told her she does not know what we do at home ( I hate being blamed for something that is not true )
My name is Jennifer and my husbands name is Shawn.We have two beautiful girls Cheyenne she is 4 years old and Jaelynn she is 2 years old.We are also raising my 12 year old brother Jarrod who can not talk

Before she was born they said she she was to small to stay inside any longer so they did a c-section on July 13Th 2010 she was supposed to be born on August 9Th 2010.She was born at woman's and babies in Lancaster Pennsylvania when she was born they handed her to me I knew there was something wrong with her right when they handed her to me because she was blue and wheezingI told the nurse that handed her to me that I think something is wrong with her because she is blue and it sounds like she can not breath and they told me that she is alright all babies that are born are blue and they all make that wheezing sound at first .
I kept telling them that there has to be something wrong with her but they just said she is fine do not worry about her.They came back 40 minutes later to tell me they had to take her to the NICU because there was something wrong with her that they took her to early and her lungs collapsed so they had a feeding tube and a lot of other tubes.
She was in the nursery for 30 minutes before they found out something was wrong I know mistakes happen but it really should not take 30 minutes to find out that a baby can not breath.We went everyday to see her in the NICU
Now it is 2012 someone called children and youth and the children and youth lady called the cops to have my daughter go to the hospital to be checked out since she was small on December 6Th she went in and the doctors said she will be discharged the weekend but that never happened and the tests they did came back negative they told us she will be discharged after that weekend since everything came back normal
But they kept treating me like I done something wrong and treated me badly it was the Hershey Children's Hospital in Hershey Pennsylvania
A lady named Jamie West a social worker at Hershey Children's Hospital was one on the people that treated me badly
She came in the room one day to tell me that she had the children and youth lady on the phone I did not feel like talking to anyone really since I was being treated badly in the hospital so I told her I did not feel like talking right now but she told me I had to talk to her so I took the phone to talk to her.Her name was Ashley Primal from Children and Youth in Lancaster Pennsylvania

Ashley Primal from Children and Youth called me the next day to say all the tests came back negative but in this case they can take her without a reason so she came December 18Th to the hospital and took her away from us
I thought Children and Youth needed a reason to take a child away from their parents?
I talked to my mom and my mom said I was small at 2 years old so why would my daughter not be able to take after me and be small for her age.
I am still short and little for my age but I do not care
We bought our daughter Jaelynn 15 to 20 presents for Christmas but she never got to open them yet since she is not here right nowOur 4 year old daughter Cheyenne and My 12 year old brother got to open their presents that they got for Christmas since they are still are living with us but Christmas is just not the same without our daughter Jaelynn here with us for the holidaysWe all miss her a lot and want her to come home to be with us and her sister to play with her toys and sleep in her bed our hearts hurt without her being here.
Our daughter Cheyenne took it hard that Jaelynn was gone she is 4 and knows something is wrong that her sister is not here to play with her and to go places with herI had to take Cheyenne for her shots and she thought we were at the hospital where her sister was she looked around the room and I asked what she was looking for she said where is sis si I said she was not there where we were but she looked under the chairs under the sink under and in anything she saw where her sister could be I felt bad that she was looking for her sister when she was not going to find her there.We cry all the time wanting her to come home. So everyday we pray she gets to come home one day.
We also pray for other people who have the same situation we are in and had their kids tooken away for no reason. If someone ever came up and told me that children and youth took their kid or kids without a reason I would believe them because I know it can happen since it happend to us.

my child was also taken from me in dec 2012 i have been cleared and the investigation has been closed my son alsp has unopened presents from christmas that he did not get to open yet he is 3 yrs old . even though i have been cleared lancaster county children and youth will not give my son back to me it is rediculous . i hope everything goes well for you and myslef as well .. good luck
