Don't waste your time with this agency. If you have concerns about child abuse, talk to your doctor and ask that they not contact CPS/CFS. This agency, located in Contra Costa County, employs people who are highly unethical and have inappropriate conduct. When asked to come to the office, a social worker named Nannette Dupree yelled at me and a family member with no other witnesses present to this. Nannette Dupree falsely accused us of making false CPS reports, despite having other witness testimony and some evidence. She falsely accused me and cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees. Dupree is unethical, abusive and out of control.

I've heard similar stories about this office and had thought that someone was on the wrong end of an investigation, but no. The stories are true -- they will take punitive actions against you if you, your therapist, or other witnesses report child sexual abuse. They don't publicly advertise that they don't want to deal with these issues, but, they don't.

Find a good therapist who will respect your confidentiality and treat you like a human being. Don't waste your time with this agency -- they're not capable of treating people with basic respect and dignity.
