Mr. Jonathan Cohen operating from P.O.Box 59267, 1040 KG Amsterdam, Holland contacted me with an offer of shares in World Wide Child Care.
he also offered me an opportunity to purchase shares in a Company called World Wide Films Inc in Hollywood, California.
He then offered to purchase from me my shareholding in Wolrd Wide Child Care in exchange for a greater purchase in World Wide Films Inc. he tried to convince me that the reason for excnaging the shares was so that World Wide Films could benefit from tax losses in the US. I rgearded this as untrue and refused.
I have since checked with the Financial Services Authirty in london to find out if Mr. Cohen is a broker registered with them to sell investments to UK citizens. Needless to say Mr. Cohen who claims to have considerbale expertise on Wall Street is not a registered broker.
