Ok I'm paying for a child that I don't think is mine, well I've been court ordered to pay 31.00 a week which I've been paying, I also recieve partial unemployment well Ocse has been taking 31.00 a week out of my unemployment & 67.00 out my employment check I get bi weekly I think they're totally ripping me off I need help cause this isn't right

Arkansas OCSE ripoff

I pay child support also to OCSE and am being ripped off! I have an intestate case where I pay to Arkansas and they send my payments to the state where my cases were opened. I have been in the arrears since 2008 but Arkansas's arrears dont match the states where my cases were opened. Also I feel like OCSE make child support buisness. They charge me a Non cutodial fee for all my cases. which I have 3. plus they charge a fee to the custodial parent. The custodial fee is $18.00 for each case and for non custodial its $36 a year per case. Also the case worker are clueless, rude, and uniformed and need a lot of more training!. So my question is this are you behind in your child support? if so good luck getting them to understand you. I have been fighting with them for 6 months now. I have contacted my state representive and the governer. Child support needs to be fixed. By law OCSE can not take more than what is court ordered!
