Lawton Child support Enforcement ripoff Lawton Oklahoma

This child support collection agency combined my two different childsupport cases together. They charged everything to the second husband. They say it is too late to re-open my first childsupport case for backsupport because it was too long ago. The kids on that case are 39 and 40 and one is deceased. Child support never collected one dime childsupport for me on the first case although they knew the man was in Mississippi.

They never even assigned an amount due on his case. They gave me welfare to support the children. I married again and they were able to sometimes collect from him. So they decided to add the other three children to his case.

I talked to the attorney at The childsupport agency around 2000. She straightened things out and sent me some of the money that the agency had kept. Now my backsupport did not come for three months.

I contacted the agency and asked them to look into it. They looked into it alright. They kept the money for themselves and added my first set of children back on the case.

In other words they combined the two cases. My first husband is now 63 and drawing a monthly social security check. The state says that it is too late to re-open the case. Well, if it is too late to open the case where a man had a court order and never paid anything, why don't they just forgive the amount due instead of taking it from another case.

This office is in need of investigation.
